On January 20, 2020 the Joint Procurement for a common electronic reporting system (CES) among Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia was published on the TED website.
The intention of CES is to harmonize and centralize the reporting systems of the partner countries in order to increase the efficiency of the reporting procedures and thus reduce the administrative barriers and reporting burdens on inland waterways. The concept focuses on the principles “reporting only once” and “single entering of data” for a transport.
It is intended to contract the implementation of the CES approximately by July 2020. The system shall be realised and put into operation by the end of 2021.
