Twice a year a RIS Week is organised by viadonau together with local hosts by order of the European Commission to provide a framework for efficient discussions within the related RIS Expert Groups and to embed a so-called Common Issues Day in between the meetings of those RIS Expert Groups to present and discuss issues of common interest. In the course of the recent RIS Week in Belgrade, RIS COMEX was presented at the Common Issues Day on the 10th of May increasing awareness about the project and the detailed objectives among the roughly 100 participants consisting of RIS experts and other relevant stakeholders from all over Europe.
