Within the last quarter 2018 and the first quarter of 2019 the focus was put on the necessary clarifications of the details related to the provision of national reference data (network data) and the import into the VisuRIS COMEX system. Furthermore, interconnections related to the provision of vessel position data were started on technical level. In parallel, a lot of effort is put into the elaboration of the required legal basis for the international RIS data provision and exchange which is necessary to provide the envisioned services on pan-Corridor level. Furthermore, the reporting requirements for inland waterway transports were gathered by country and are consolidated as starting point for the realisation of the defined electronic reporting related services. These services are specified in detail and are subject for implementation until the end of RIS COMEX.
